Commercial leadership required weekly visibility into brand market share across supermarket branches nationwide. However, monthly data arrived in raw spreadsheets with 40,000+ unstandardized rows per store, making manual comparisons slow, exhausting, and error-prone.
The Solution: Automated Cleaning Pipeline
Automated the data cleaning process using Power Query and VBA macros to validate store names and align mismatched columns, feeding clean data into a Star Schema and an interactive Power BI dashboard that updates instantly.
